Shipping / Delivery / Pickup
It is our primary goal to get the parts you need as quickly as possible, and
our policies and practices reflect this commitment. For in-stock items, we proudly
offer same day shipping for all credit card orders, placed online or
over the phone, before 10:00 am, Arizona time (excluding weekends and holidays).
In-stock orders placed after 10:00 will ship first thing the next weekday.
In the event that your order includes products that are not currently in stock,
we can often arrange to have all or part of your order drop-shipped directly
from our distributors' warehouses. In such cases, drop-ship orders generally
go out the very next business day - meaning you still get your parts with little if any delay.
Parts not in stock that can not be drop shipped will generally be received by us, and subsequently shipped out to you, within 3-5 business days following your order.
In such cases, we'll email you to keep you informed of when your parts are expected to ship.
If, for whatever reason, your order includes parts that are delayed or backordered, we
will immediately alert you to the situation
via an email notification, including the date which we expect your products
to become available. If in such an event you wish to cancel all or part of your
order and refund your payment, we will gladly do so.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Sportbike Solutions is committed to getting you the parts you need, in the
condition you expect, and will gladly accept returns on merchandise that is
either functionally defective, or not suited to your application. The following
rules, however, do apply to returns. Please read through this section thoroughly
before unwrapping your parts:
- Any and all returns must first be authorized by us. Please call us at (480)
226-6229 within seven (7) days after receiving your merchandise in order to
receive authorization. Authorization is not guaranteed, and may be denied
if your claim does not conform to our return policy, however lenient it may be. If you do not contact
us within seven days, we can not accept your return, so please contact us
as soon as possible.
- Items which are damaged, defective, or will not fit as advertised will
not be assessed any restocking fees. All other items, however, will be assessed
a 15% restocking fee, so it's in your best interest to make sure the parts
you order suit your need before purchase. If you have any questions, please
contact us before you buy! We're happy to help.
- All returned items must be cleanly replaced in their original packaging,
in the same condition in which they were received. They must be unused, unmounted,
and in re-salable condition. Any items that do not meet such criteria can
not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you at your expense. If
you're like us, you rip through packages like a kid opening presents on Christmas
morning, but please... restrain yourself until you're sure you're keeping
your new toys!
- Return shipping fees and packaging are the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
Likewise, we can not, and will not, be held liable for damage sustained during
shipping.
- Assuming all requirements stated above are met, your return will be processed
within 2-14 days following our receipt of the returned merchandise. Defective
products will be exchanged for the same item.
- Only the original buyer may request for a return of products.
Orders may be cancelled only prior to shipment. Please contact us immediately
if you wish your order to be cancelled. Once your parts have shipped, your order
can no longer be cancelled, and any returns will be handled according to our
return policy.
Damaged / Lost in Transit
Sportbike Solutions can not be held liable for loss or damage
incurred during shipping or delivery. If the carrier attempts to deliver a damaged
package, we advise that you either inspect the contents before receipt, or refuse
receipt of the package and ask to file a damage claim. If a damaged package
was dropped off, promptly contact the carrier to file a claim, or contact us
and we'll assist you in filing a claim. When in stock, we will promptly replace
lost or damaged merchandise upon receipt of a claim number from the carrier.
By placing an order with Sportbike Solutions, you agree with
and accept the terms and conditions of this policy
